Dr. Umida Haknazar is an independent legal/trade advisor on WTO membership and subsequent international development projects in Central Asian and CAREC (Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation) member countries funded by various international development institutions such as ADB, World Bank, USAID, UN FAO, European Union. Its main activity is to provide technical assistance in the process of accession to the WTO, preparation of legislative acts in areas related to the WTO, such as technical regulation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, intellectual property rights, regional trade agreements, customs regulation, trade facilitation, etc.
