Biography

Gulrukh was born and grew up in Uzbekistan. Her academic career is linked with University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Uzbekistan , where she is studying International Economics and Management . However as Gulrukh wanted to learn more about her field ,she joined to ACCA (Association of chartered certified accountants ) and for two years , she successfully passed all nine F papers and after completing Ethics and Professional Skills module (EPSM),she has got Advanced DIploma in accounting and business .Upon completion of diploma ,she learnt and passed in papers like F1-Accounting in Business F2-Management Accounting F3-Financial Accounting ,F4-Corporate and Business Law F5-Performance Management F6-Taxation(UK) ,F7-Financial Reporting F8-Audit and Assurance F9-Financial Management. Her primary interest lies in advisory in finance ,accounting ,management ,economics and business related rules and regulations .

Gulrukh has relevant experience in academic, corporate spheres.She was selected as an intrepretor in Presidential Election In Uzbekistan which took place in 8-July 2023 and 11-July 2023 . Her esteemed guest was Alan McCormack , Dean of Goodenough College, educated at Oxford University and Yale University (University Scholar and Prizeman; MA Theology with First Class Honours) . In that interpretor position ,she participated in meetings at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation, and the British Council in Uzbekistan and an appreciation letter by Alan McCormack, commending the interpreter's excellence and intelligence was sent to the name of Sadiq Safoyev, Rector of University of World Economy and DIplomacy. For the three month from 4-July to 4-October,as she won paid internship at KPMG (one of BIG FOUR accounting firms ) SHe participated in project of auditing in the risk assesment stage for SANEG company in Uzbekistan .She prepared breakdown of payables for energy specialized corporate for both 2022 and 2023 and generated audit Leed Sheet to identify material misstatements and conducted analysis of account differences ,also reviewed contracts for counterparties with significant changes for financial years 2022 and 2023.Additionally she completed mandatory KPMG audit foundation course . Recently she has participated in Young Leadership Program ( YouLP) Cohort II which was organized by FES fund and also with the support of Mahorat Management . She was selected to that program out of 400 applicants . There she participated in different modules related to 1)Social Media and lifelong learning ,2)Digital literacy and Healthcare,3)Financial literacy and Start -ups,4)Industry ,Innovation and Infrastructure ,5)Design Thinking and Sustainable energy sources ,6)International law and equity. In addition, for last year ,she has taught some IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting courses, such as ‘Accounting reporting ,Project management ,Financial management ' for second year undergraduates at the university of world economy and diplomacy where she established 'ACCA club',

She was nominated as 'Best Speaker 'Champion in British Parlamentary Debate in 2021 ,which was organized among UWED students .

She enjoys reading, especially the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho (it teaches you to follow your dreams and pursue your personal legend.), and interior design .
