Biography

Malika Saparmukhametova was born in Uzbekistan where she is obtaining her bachelor's degree. She is a senior student at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and majors in international economics, during her studies, she has been focusing on international trade and the features of WTO system especially. After graduating the university, she is planning to continue her studies in the field of international economics, specializing in the countries of European and Central Asian regions. She is passionate about international trade, energy economics, sustainable development, as well as about data analytics. In the “WTO Chairs” Program, she sees great opportunities for expanding knowledge in the organization's system and for working with specialists in this field.

Malika’s native language is Uzbek, but she is proficient in Russian and English, and speaks a bit of French.

In her spare time, Malika enjoys reading fiction, detective stories, historical and political books, going outdoors for a walk, doing sports and cooking.
